From everyone here at Yarm Distillery, we wish you a fantastic 2026. In the spirit of the new year, the team have been discussing their new year’s resolutions. For example, our lovely black labradors Max and Finn are prioritising self-care by aiming to take more naps in the office!
This got us thinking about how Yarm Distillery can support our wonderful customers with their own resolutions — read on to find out what we came up with.
Resolution 1: Try Something New
Are you resolving to be more adventurous, expand your palate, or challenge yourself in 2026? We want to encourage you to search for your new favourite drink!

Resolution 2: Make it Through Dry January
Did you know that almost 9 million people took part in Dry January in 2023? This annual event, led by Alcohol Change UK, challenges participants to avoid alcohol for the month of January and also to assess their drinking habits to ensure that they are making healthier choices for the rest of the year. At Yarm Distillery, we believe that alcohol should be enjoyed responsibly — so if you are taking part in Dry January and still looking forward to raising a glass afterwards, we salute your efforts! Resolution 3: Random Acts of Kindness
We all spend the festive season trying to come up with thoughtful gifts for our loved ones, but what about surprising someone at a different time?
